Information

  On June 18th, BPEG held a technical certification meeting for the 100 HZ blocking filtering reactor for±800 kV s power transmission in Guangzhou. BPEG's general Manager, Chief Engineer and Associate Chief Engineer, China Academy of engineering, State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, State grid direct current construction department,China Southern power grid company, The China Electric Power Research Institute, China institute of water resources and hydropower research and other experts and leaders attended the meeting. The certification meeting was presided over by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

  At the meeting, the project manager reported on the development of reactor, type test, and science and technology review report. After listening to the report and putting forward questions, the certification committee agreed that the technical index of ZLKK-800-3125-50 dry 100Hz blocking filter reactor developed by BPEG reached international advanced level. Finally, the product passed the technical certification successfully.

  Being the first manufacturer that has integrated developing, designing and manufacturing UHV smoothing reactor in China, BPEG has been devoted to the developing and designing of high voltage, extra high voltage and ultra-high voltage dry type air reactors, and has taken part in drawing up national standards. Since independent research and development of the world's first±800kV dry type air-core smoothing reactor in 2007, BPEG has participated in all UHV DC transmission projects in China and provided more than 300 sets of products, being recognized by all significant projects in the national including "West-East Electricity Transmission" and "Xinjiang Power Supply" etc. Along with the development of international UHV power grid construction, our products have been exported to many countries such as India, Brazil and Pakistan etc.

  With the continuous development of transmission technology, BPEG will continue exploring the power technology and upgrading the equipment, so as to further improve the product performance and put forward a product with more complete plan, optimized structure, and reliable performance. We aim at building the basic information platform for the UHV transmission construction, and to make positive contributions for the international competitiveness of power transmission equipment manufacturing industry.
