Arc Suppression Coil
Beijing Power Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (BPEG) is the earliest domestic manufacturer of arc suppression coil, and has rich experience in production and technology development. In 1993, we produced the first on-load arc suppression coil in China, and in 1996 we developed the first domestic set of arc-extinction ground-connected compensator. The assembly device consists of grounding transformer, arc suppression coil with secondary winding, on-load tap switch, automatic tuning controller, monitoring computer, control panel, damping resistance box, and current transformer, lightning arrester, disconnector, etc. It eliminates sustainable arc of fault point caused by existence of capacitive current while guaranteeing stable power supply.
- High Safety
Damping resistances are assembled on secondary sides of arc suppression coil, using SCR switching damping resistances.
- Great Damping Effect
The damping ratio remain unchanged during the automatic tuning process, so that it keeps the best resistance effect.
- Outstanding Measuring and Tracking Method
The whole measuring and tracking algorithm use the ratio of two results of the same signal as the basic parameter, which avoids unstableness caused by measurement channel error and change.
- Line Support
Each controller can be used for one controller and one bus. It supports 4 bus at most, each bus having 48 line.
- Convenient Operation
The controller uses touch screen which allows manual operation.
- Communication Support
It's supportive of dozens of communication protocols, enabling communication with all kinds of comprehensive automatic equipment.
- Arc Suppression Coil
Regarding insulation level：
The dry-type is great in safety by using epoxy cast insulation system without oil medium. The coil is cast integrated as a whole solid with level F insulation and heat-resisting level. The oil-immersed type has low iron-core eddy current loss. Other advantages include low noise, small size, and could be used outdoors with great environment adaptability.
Regarding adjustment type：
Coil Turns Adjustment Type: Great arc suppressing effect, stable inductance parameters, and apparent equipment operation status.
Capacity Adjustment Type: Relatively more levels, quicker adjustment, and wider adjustable range.
Phase-Controlling Type: Quick adjustment, more available technology with wider range.
- Earthing Transformer
Dry-type earthing transformer is great in safety by using epoxy cast insulation system without oil medium. The coil is cast integrated as a whole solid with level F insulation and heat-resisting level. Equipped with secondary winding, it can replace auxiliary transformer to lower investment. It's small in size and suits city substations.
The oil-immersed type allows outdoors application with great environment adaptability.
