BPEG's 100 HZ blocking filtering reactor for ±800 kV UHVDC transmission passed new technology certification

OnJune18th,BPEGheldatechnicalcertificationmeetingforthe100HZblockingfilteringreactorfor±800kVspowertransmissioninGuangzhou.BPEG'sgeneralManager,ChiefEngineerandAssociateChiefEngineer,ChinaAcademyofengineering,StateGridElectricPowerResearchInstitute,Stategriddirectcurrentconstructiondepartment，ChinaSouthernpowergridcompany,TheChinaElectricPowerResearchInstitute,Chinainstituteofwaterresourcesandhydropowerresearchandotherexpertsandleadersattendedthemeeting.ThecertificationmeetingwaspresidedoverbytheChinaMachineryIndustryFederation.　　Atthemeeting,theprojectmanagerreportedonthedevelopmentofreactor,typetest,andscienceandtechnologyreviewreport.Afterlisteningtothereportandputtingforwardquestions,thecertificationcommitteeagreedthatthetechnicalindexofZLKK-800-3125-50dry100HzblockingfilterreactordevelopedbyBPEGreachedinternationaladvancedlevel.Finally,theproductpassedthetechnicalcertificationsuccessfully.　　Beingthefirstmanufacturerthathasintegrateddeveloping,designingandmanufacturingUHVsmoothingreactorinChina,BPEGhasbeendevotedtothedevelopinganddesigningofhighvoltage,extrahighvoltageandultra-highvoltagedrytypeairreactors,andhastakenpartindrawingupnationalstandards.Sinceindependentresearchanddevelopmentoftheworld'sfirst±800kVdrytypeair-coresmoothingreactorin2007,BPEGhasparticipatedinallUHVDCtransmissionprojectsinChinaandprovidedmorethan300setsofproducts,beingrecognizedbyallsignificantprojectsinthenationalincluding"West-EastElectricityTransmission"and"XinjiangPowerSupply"etc.AlongwiththedevelopmentofinternationalUHVpowergridconstruction,ourproductshavebeenexportedtomanycountriessuchasIndia,BrazilandPakistanetc.　　Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftransmissiontechnology,BPEGwillcontinueexploringthepowertechnologyandupgradingtheequipment,soastofurtherimprovetheproductperformanceandputforwardaproductwithmorecompleteplan,optimizedstructure,andreliableperformance.WeaimatbuildingthebasicinformationplatformfortheUHVtransmissionconstruction,andtomakepositivecontributionsfortheinternationalcompetitivenessofpowertransmissionequipmentmanufacturingindustry.
